Use your school e-mail address and password that you use on the computers within the school to access your e-mail. Within the school, you will be logged in automatically to your e-mail. There will be an e-mail from Arbor.
Click on the E-Mail link which will take you to the page to create a password:
Create a password by entering in the New Password field and then confirm the same password in the field below. Click Create Password to set your new password. Keep this password safe, do NOT share it with anyone and ensure you can remember it.
You will then be presented with a Arbor Terms of Use screen – you will need to click the ‘Accept’ button to be able to use the Portal.
You now have access to the Student Portal. Your timetable (calendar) will be visible, along with any assignments that have been set for you along with your basic attendance information.
From either the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, install the Arbor Student App on your mobile device.
Open the App and enter your e-mail address and the password that you set earlier. Check the remember me option to save your credentials and click login.
If you’ve entered the correct credentials, you may be prompted to secure the app with Biometrics (Fingerprint, Face ID, etc) and ask to allow notifications. Ensure that you do allow any notifications that App asks for.
If you have forgotten your password, you can use the Forgot option to send a password reset e-mail to your school e-mail address as detailed previously.
You can now use the App to view your timetable, calendar, assignments, etc.
